Operations Manager: Rachael Laporte

Bio: Rachael is the General Manager of CLICK as well as a small food business owner who operates out of CLICK and runs Healthy Farm Eating.

Hours: 25 hours a week - Hours available for appointments
Monday 8 to 6
Wednesday 8 to 6

Overall Functions:

Office Manager: Natrisha Hoop (Nicki)

Bio: Nicki is the Office Administrator at CLiCK and the founder of Trinity Love Café. She creates food inspired by history to sell at faires and for use at reenactment events from Maine to Pennsylvania.

Hours: 10 hours a week Office Functions 2 hours on Technology - Hours available for appointments

Tuesday 12 - 4
Thursday 12 - 2

Overall Functions: Office accounting: Invoicing and processing payments for members, tracking member time, inputting new members into accounting software, inputting and processing employee and bill payments, inputting and tracking insurance and compliance information for CLiCK and members, grant fund management; General office duties, picking up mail and processing, filing all paperwork associated with members and accounting, supply order management. Technology: updating website, inputting calendar items, google form maintenance, updating software and assisting with new technology for teaching kitchen.

Elliott McCoy

Bio: Elliott is a current resident of Willimantic and the CLiCK in-house extraordinaire. Elliott works with our local CLICK businesses assisting with kitchen work, building maintenance, and any other task that is needed.

Hours: 10 Hours a Week for CLiCK - Available for Members as paid kitchen support upon request

Overall Functions: Basic maintenance for all of CLiCK, overall janitorial functions throughout the building, assists CLiCK and members with kitchen work

Seasonal Staff Members:

Dianisi Torres

Bio: Dianisi facilitates nutrition workshops for the diverse community of Windham, teaches youth programs on nutrition and gardening during the summer, and cultivates the garden program at CLiCK and other locations through her position at UCONN.

Overall Functions: Oversees Garden program, teaches garden to table nutrition classes to middle school students through after-school and summer school programs, ServSafe classes for Spanish participants.
