What is Buti Yoga?
Buti is a dynamic yoga practice combining asana with primal movement, cardio, plyometrics, tribal dance & deep abdominal toning. The word Buti is a Marathi Indian term for “the cure to something that’s been hidden away or kept secret.” Buti is a practice of going within to discover your true power and full potential instead of looking elsewhere for answers. The cure to healing yourself lies within you & movement is one of the keys that unlocks it.
