We are a collective of individuals united in a common goal of promoting opportunity in the local food system. We run on cooperative values, which emphasize self-responsibility, democracy, equality, solidarity, ethical values, honesty, and social responsibility.

Our Board of Directors.

Our board members serve on various sub-committees surrounding the various operations of CLiCK, however, you do not have to be a board member to sit on a committee. Our committees consist of Executive Committee, Grant Committee, Fundraising Committee, Building Committee, Education Committee and the Finance Committee.

President

Stephanie is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience based in Willimantic.

Hedley Freake Ph.D

Treasurer

Dr. Hedley Freake is a retired UConn Professor of Nutrition who currently resides in Willimantic.

Doug Crane

Doug is a CLiCK business member, and is the creator and owner of Dragon’s Blood Elixir, an award winning hot sauce brand.

Mike Puglisi Ph.D

Dr. Mike Puglisi is a professor at UConn in the Department of Nutritional Sciences and is the Director for the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) for Connecticut.

Kelly Caisse

Kelly is a CLiCK business member and Farmer. She is the creator and owner of KD Crop Farms where she grows and preserves various pickle and jam products.

Chris Jordan

With an engineering and business background, Chris the is the Owner of Delmac Consulting, has years of experience in the energy industry. In addition to his professional roles, you can find him representing CLiCK at every Willimantic Farmers Market!

Dale Rodgers

Norwich-based Dale is the Director of Operations at Beautiful Company General Contracting. He brings valuable experience to CLiCKs growth through his work in the banking and development industries.

Sherry Perkins

Sherry Perkins is a Mansfield resident. and an expert in the non-profit world. She is the fund development specialist for Access Community Action Agency based here in Willimantic.She utiliizes her professional background to support CLiCKs fundrasing initiatives.

Mike Tules

Mike, an integral figure in CLiCK's building committee, leads the charge in expanding the kitchen to solidify its role as a vital food hub. Leveraging his background as an engineer and contractor, Mike brings extensive experience in both agriculture and the food industry

Christos Provistalis

Christos, a Willimantic native and owner of Pleasant Pizza, doubles as the acclaimed motivational speaker behind Christos Speaks. He is invited all over New England to speak to various organizations about service.
